Verification Feature
Verification Feature: If you enable this feature, users will receive a verification email after registering their account. Additionally, on the user page, there will be a notification with a link saying: "Click here to resend the verification email" if they haven’t verified yet.
Important note: When opening the verification link, make sure the user is logged in and opens the link in the same browser session. Otherwise, the verification process will fail.
Troubleshooting Account Verification:
- If the user doesn't receive the verification email: Ask them to check their Spam or Promotions folder. If the email is still missing, they can click the "Resend Verification Email" link on their user dashboard.
- If the verification link fails: Make sure the user is:
- Logged in to their account.
- Opening the verification link in the same browser where they are logged in.
